My Story

I've been a big admirer of the work that DLAG have been doing since the pandemic to support those most in need in their local community and want to participate in the Big Sleep Out 4 on the 9th November to raise funds so that they can carry on their great work with their legendary proactivity and can do attitude. 

DLAG and their amazing team of volunteers have supported Voices of Hope and in particular our BRITE Box project since their early days in Kingston and we are very grateful for the weekly deliveries of food ingredients which help us support 450 local families across Kingston, Wandsworth, Merton and Croydon with our BRITE Box recipe meal kits.

Dons Local Action Group is local network of volunteers initially formed in response to the COVID-19 crisis and now permanent across Merton, Wandsworth and Kingston. 
We aim to help those in our local community to fight poverty and offer support. We provide food parcels, household goods, furniture and appliances. We also offer laptops through our Keep Kids Connected initiative for children who do not have access to online learning.

We rely entirely on voluntary funding to sustain this essential support for our community. Please help us continue to help these who need us most.
